MDS works with you to identify and resolve performance or human relations problems in your workplace, improve the skills and attitudes of your staff, and design, implement, and institutionalize programs to enhance teamwork and collaboration. MDS can help you in the following ways:

  • Management and Leadership Coaching: with its Individualized Management Excellence and Management and Leadership Excellence programs, MDS can help managers and supervisors improve their leadership and people skills. In regularly scheduled half-day sessions, MDS helps individuals build on their strengths and improve their weaknesses. The IME program has been successful at such MDS clients as Merck (1986-2014), Pfizer, Wyeth, Johnson & Johnson, Teva, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Lutheran Medical Center, Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Visiting Nurse Regional Health Care System, Grand View Hospital, and Elko & Associates Ltd.

  • Team Building: the analysis and resolution of problems resulting from poor working relationships, resistance to change, or a general lack of communication and trust. MDS works to ensure that solutions are lasting and meaningful.

  • Training: the development and delivery of customized, cost-effective training for managers, supervisors, and staff in such areas as professionalism, team building, customer service, communication skills, leadership skills, conflict resolution, and management/supervisory skills. Training programs are responsive to specific needs and concerns and include substantive follow-up activities. MDS seminars are highly participatory and each attendee receives extensive program materials that can be used for future reference.
